Financed by the Erasmus+ programme, the four-year EXCEL4HOUSING4.0 initiative aims to establish a European network of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) dedicated to advancing the digital and ecological transition in the construction sector. To achieve this, the project engages vocational education providers, higher education institutions, research facilities, enterprises, industry clusters, and governmental authorities from 10 EU Member States and Ukraine. This collaborative effort focuses on the joint design of educational frameworks, innovative technologies, and cross-sector partnerships tailored to energy-efficient, digitalized, and circular housing models.
